As a real estate agent….my days are super packed and I pretty much work 24/7…..but I of course love it! In my downtime, its very important to relax and do a little pampering. The best new place to indulge yourself is the Elle Spa at the Eden Roc Hotel.
Elle magazine has teamed up with this luxury hotel for the 1st ever spa of this kind and its getting a ton of buzz. Mixing fashion with amazing treatments, its a full on destination and experience unlike any other spa in Miami. This 22,000 sq ft space is stunning mixed with light woods and tons of white. It feels like your in the Mediterranean. There is a fabulous fitness centre with jawdropping ocean views, private rooftop cabannas, Immersion Jet Bath, and Eucalyptus Infusion Steam. What a great way to spend your day off?!
Find your fountain of youth with treatments like the “Forver 25” and “Doctors Orders”. There is also a cute boutique with great beach wear from coverups to fedoras.
After some treatments, you can relax with a margarita at one of the incredible 4 pools.

The best part about living in Miami is all the fun stuff you can do on the weekends. As much as I loved living in Manhattan, there”s something about cabannas, gorgeous beaches and poolside lounging that New York just cant compete with.
One of my favorite places to spend a Sunday is the Mandarin Oriental in Brickell. With a man-made beach, hammocks, daybeds……you will feel like your in paradise. Another plus, they have badminton and paddle ball. Nothing better than paddle ball and frozen drinks. Also they have the best sushi….its super fresh and delicious.
With live music and a good crowd…..the vibe is relaxing and fun!!

Pinetree is one of the most glamorous streets in Miami Beach. With its gorgeous & luscious manicured landscaping and beautiful waterfront mansions…….there is a certain prestige about living on Pinetree. Also its location and close proximity to South Beach, the Fountainebleau, Soho House, and Bal Harbour make it extra appealing.
There is a rare one of a kind opportunity to buy on Pinetree at a very low number and make an insane investment. Located on 57th and Pinetree, which is the nicest part of Pinetree is this 10,0000 sq ft home. The home is a blank canvas on the water that you can transform to the mansion of your dreams. The plans and permits are already in place. The plans include a rainforest courtyard, 4 car garage, 2 master bedrooms suites, and a rooftop terrace and theatre. The home is priced at 2.395 and will cost about 1.6 to finish. Once completed this is an opportunity to at least double your numbers. Another advantage….there are very few ultra modern homes on Pinetree, so this will add more value and make it one of a kind.
This is prime Miami Beach real estate with no fixed bridges and open water.

Back in the early 90s when I was at summer Camp in New Hampshire, I was a big fan of the friendship bracelet. Between the broken heart and the colorful bracelets with gimp and string, I coveted them all.
Now, more than 20 years later friendship bracelets have made a comeback, they are the hottest trend in fashion jewelery. My favorite friendship bracelets are made by Ettika. They added glamour and bling to this childhood trend. You can pretty much pick the one that match your personality as they come in a variety of colors from brights to pastels and in every fabric from silk ,to gimp, to string. Ettika bracelets add creativity, fun, and a bit of nostalgia to every outfit. Stack them as high as you want, in my opinion you can never have too many.
These make a great gift for your BFF and are a fun reminder of your youth.
I am a serious lover of Italian food….I could eat it everyday except for the fact that I would probably weigh 6000 pounds. I love me a good bowl of penne alla vodka and chicken parm.
Something I miss about New York is all the little restaurants you can wander into and get the best meal you have ever had. Miami is more manistream. However….there are a few hidden gems if you look in the right places. Located on 5th and Washington, La Locanda is probably one of my favorite Italian restaurants ever. With white table cloths, exposed brick, and tons of candles….the space is very romantic. This is the perfect place for a 1st date.
The owner who is there every night is the perfect host. The vibe and energy is always amazing and fun. On a nice night which is basically every night in South Beach…the outdoor seating on the street is relaxing and nice.
If you love penne alla vodka as much as I do, this is probably in my top 5.
