Sexy living at Canyon Ranch…..
I am very picky about everything. Shoes, dating, restaurants, hair stylists…..EVERYTHING, but especially Real Estate. I see hundreds of condos and homes each month. Of course everything I see is pretty incredible, but once in a while something comes across my eyes that I go “WOW, WOW”.
This condo gave me that reaction. I have always been a big fan of Canyon Ranch and when they opened in Miami Beach…..I was very excited. While I feel the amenities are gorgeous and services are unparallel to many other condos…some of the units have disappointed me. However, unit LPH05 was the opposite.
Think lucite and glass pannelling, italian stone floors, 360 degree views, sunrise and sunset terraces, electric blinds, custom sound system……………………this is something out of the pages of Architectural Digest. If you are looking for a 2BD and want the ultimate in luxury….this unit will not dissappoint. With custom closets for your handbags and shoes……….its heaven.
This is priced at 1.395……….if we were in Manhattan…this would be a 5 million dollar appointment.
