As a former New Yorker, I think I have tried every top salon. Warren Tricomi (over-rated) Rita Hazan Salon (the nastiest hairstylist I have ever encountered), Oscar Blandi (the biggest waste of 490 for hair color), Fredric Fekkai….and the list goes on. Out of all these salons, the best salon I have ever been to is Peter Mark.
Although I live in Miami Beach, I drive all the way to Delray for my hair. Heck its quicker than the plane ride I used to take to New York. This is seriously worth the hour drive. Located off Atlantic Avenue is Peter Mark Salon. With its modern and white decor with splashes of pink like the pink robes and pink hair brushes…the space is fun and whimsical. Now lets talk about the hair. Mark cuts hair like noone I’ve ever seen….its complete perfection. He will bring out your hotness and makes everyone feel like a rock-star. Unlike past haircuts, the style lasts and grows out beautifully. For color, Peter is spot-on!!! He makes your eyes pop and your color look glamorous, but natural like your were a born blonde or rehead. Jackie does the most insane blowouts, so insane that I drive an hour each week to see her. She knows how to get just the look I want, whether its straight and sexy or curled and flirty. Also, Peter and Mark are amazing at extensions…so amazing that noone would ever know you have them.
This salon has such an amazing vibe. I leave there feeling great and always in a good mood. So many other salons the desk people are snobby, but here everyone is so nice and friendly.
This is a must try for any So Florida gal or guy out there…you will not be disappoined. Every person I have sent to them cannot stop thanking me!!
